At Glorydays we work in a bit of a different way. To allow us bring you new collections and processes on a regular basis we work on a minimal stock basis and make your pieces to order if we are not carrying stock at that time. That is why we sell out fast and have constant restocks.

A current lead time is always present in the bar at the top of our website for guidance.

Why do we do that?

  • We can ensure the quality and finishing of every piece that leaves our hands.

  • We want to keep all our manufacturing in house in the heart of Leeds, England. This is a big one, to ensure the best product for you, we want to have direct touch points with every step of the process, all the way from patternmaking to finished garment and shipping.

  • We don't like to green wash, but it is a much more sustainable practice in terms of waste and production. At the end of every season we ensure that all pieces that don't follow through to the next season are sold. Leaving us with no garment or fabric wastage.

  • We can continiously innovate and offer you products that may not be for a wider market but we love making clothes for each and every one of your different styles.

UK SHIPPING

Royal Mail Tracked 48- FREE (2 working days)

All our UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services. And free of charge for all UK orders. (Orders over £500 Value are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1PM next day and insured for the value of the contents)

Royal Mail states this is a delivery aim and not a guarantee, please allow 2-5 business days from dispatch.

EU SHIPPING

DHL EUROPE EXPRESS (1-2 working days transit)

All our EU order are shipped via DHL European express service. This service is the fastest and most reliable service door to door in the EU.

We send our EU orders on a preferential origin statement as our garments are made in the UK therefore you will not be charged duties. Tax will still be payable by the customer in the destination country based on the order value and country tax rate.

Any orders that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will be subject to restocking. Shipping, tax and other associated costs will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the orignal payment.

We also can not be held liable for the length of time in which your goods stay with customs in the destination country.

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

DHL Worldwide EXPRESS (1-3 working days transit)

All our EU order are shipped via DHL Worldwide express service. This service is the fastest and most reliable service door to door in the world.

Tax and duties will be calculated by the value of the goods ordered, this is payable by the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to markdown the value of any shipments as we have to legally declare all goods as their correct value.

Any orders that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund and will be contacted further. We also can not be held liable for the length of time in which your goods stay with customs in the destination country.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new purchase! If not and you need to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Once we have your return in hand, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. When the goods have been inspected, we will begin to process your refund, exchange or store credit. However, your original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you find any problems with your order on arrival, please send us an email immediately to contact@glorydaysclo.com so we can assist you in resolving the situation as soon as possible.

Please return all item(s) in their original, unworn condition, folded carefully and placed inside their recycled black garment bags as received. All goods must then be suitably packaged so they are not damaged in transit. Also, make sure to complete the returns slip that can be found and printed here so we can allocate the order and process accordingly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be sent to the address shown on the returns slip. Please ensure to clearly mark any customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS" as any returns which we receive with unpaid duties/customs/fees will be rejected. We recommend sending via a tracked/insured service so that if anything goes wrong in transit, you are covered by the shipping company.
