Thank you for choosing a handmade garment from Glorydays. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and durability of our products. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional products, we are pleased to offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our handmade garments. This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • This guarantee applies exclusively to garments purchased directly from GloryDaysClo or authorized stockists.
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • The garment must be registered with Glorydays at the time of purchase to qualify for the lifetime guarantee.

2. Coverage

  • The Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
  • Glorydays will repair or replace defective garments free of charge (subject to availability of materials and design).
  • The guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the garment, which we define as the product's expected usable life, considering normal wear and tear.

3. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse (e.g., accidents, improper washing, or storing the garment in unsuitable conditions).
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, and fraying.
  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties not authorized by Glorydays.
  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (e.g., exposure to fire, chemicals, or excessive heat).
  • Garments that have been subjected to excessive strain, abuse, or negligence.

4. Making a Claim

  • To make a claim under this guarantee, the original purchaser must contact Glorydays with proof of purchase and an image of the garment showing the defect.
  • We may ask for the garment to be returned to us for inspection. The cost of shipping for returns will be covered by the customer for valid claims.
  • Glorydays will assess the garment and, if deemed necessary, will either repair or replace the garment at our discretion.

5. Repairs and Replacements

  • If a repair is deemed necessary, Glorydays will carry out the repair or arrange for it to be completed at no cost.
  • If the garment cannot be repaired or restored to its original condition, we will offer a replacement garment of similar style and value. If the exact garment is no longer available, a suitable alternative will be offered.

6. Warranty Period

  • The Lifetime Guarantee begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for the lifetime of the garment, provided the terms and conditions are met.

7. Limitations

  • The guarantee is limited to the original purchase price of the garment and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
  • Glorydays reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the guarantee at any time without prior notice, but any claims submitted before such a change will still be honored.

8. Transferability

  • The guarantee is not transferable to a new owner if the garment is resold or gifted.

9. Consumer Rights

  • This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect your legal rights.
